Our Athletics clubs are designed to help children improve their track and field events such as sprinting, long distance, throwing and jumping.
The club is not only for aspiring athletes though, it is also ideal for those looking to improve their speed and endurance for other sports through various SAQ (speed, agility and quickness) drills. We will look at techniques to make children faster, jump greater distances, and throw further!

What you need to bring
Please bring sport appropriate indoor/outdoor clothing/footwear and a drink. Snacks are not provided in activity clubs, if your child brings a snack it must not contain nuts.
