Our Ballet Lyrical & Stretch is a beautiful blend of Ballet and Jazz, combining movement with music, storytelling and emotion. Dancers explore expressive movement and learn to connect with the feeling behind the music, giving them the freedom to interpret and make each piece their own. Great for those new to dance or wanting to explore ballet style with a twist! The class will finish with focused body conditioning exercises, encouraging a love for strength and flexibility.
