Ballet is wonderful for developing good posture, balance and poise. &nbsp;It’s structured nature encourages self-discipline while building a strong foundation for other dance styles.Our 1-hour Ballet class is a welcoming space where children can learn, explore and grow through classical ballet. &nbsp;Through exercises, musicality and creative exploration, they develop coordination, confidence and musicality.As children progress, they may be invited to join our ISTD examination classes if they would like to work towards formal ballet examinations. &nbsp;This is based on their individual progress and readiness, with exams offered as an opportunity, not a requirement!
