About Springtime Scavengers: Easter Break Holiday Camp

The Glade is a dedicated woodland space for children to engage in traditional outdoor play and seasonal discovery. Our programs are designed to reconnect young people with the natural world through hands-on activities and child-led exploration.
🌲 Easter Break Week: Sessions available 30th March-3rd April 2026, and 8th-10th April
🕒 9am to 3pm, with dropoff from 8.45am
Activities include:
🏕️ Bushcraft skills, like den building and woodcarving.
🔥 Campfire time, with fire cooking, traditional games, and sharing imaginative stories together.
🔍 Nature discovery, with bug hunts and woodland trails.
🌍 Environmental care, through seasonal nature learning and mini-projects.
🌱 Creative growth, like seed-planting and crafts made from forest-found natural materials.
🏃 Traditional outdoor free play.
While we try to build up children's confidence outdoors, we maintain dedicated indoor spaces for extreme weather, ensuring the learning continues!

What you need to bring
Seasonal outdoor clothes, including waterproof tops/bottoms and wellies/old shoes. We may have spares, but only for emergencies! A nut-free packed lunch. A water-bottle to refill during the day.
What we provide
Outdoor and indoor spaces, materials for activities, and healthy snacks for roasting around the campfire.
