The Badu Advanced Adult Swimming Club is designed for confident swimmers who want to continue developing their technique, endurance, and overall performance in the water.
Each session offers a structured yet supportive training environment where participants refine their skills across all major strokes while improving efficiency, consistency, and confidence. Led by experienced Badu swim coaches, the programme balances technical development with enjoyable, motivating sessions that help swimmers challenge themselves and progress at their own pace.
