Our Multigenerational Mindful Movers Sessions bring together babies, toddlers, parents and care home residents for a joyful and meaningful shared experience through music, movement and connection.
Using familiar songs, gentle movement, sensory play and colorful parachute games, these sessions create moments of happiness that can have a powerful impact on older adults, especially those living with dementia.
Music and rhythm can help unlock memories, encourage communication, improve mood and reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
The laughter and energy of young children often spark smiles, conversation and emotional connection in ways that words sometimes cannot.
