BabyBeats is an award winning specialised programme designed for you and your baby.
Suitable for
Babies from birth to fast crawling
Mums 6 weeks post vaginal birth and12 weeks post C-section birth
Every BabyBeats class includes
Baby yoga designed for every stage of development
Postnatal movement and exercise specially developed to support a woman's postnatal body
Baby massage and relaxation techniques
Sensory play stimulated by different materials and visuals
What should I wear
Wear any clothing that is comfortable and allow you to move around freely e.g leggings and a t-shirt is perfect
What you need to bring with you
Mats are provided but please bring a blanket for baby to lie on and a suitable oil or moisturiser for the massage section of the class. We do provide oil, however, a patch test is required before use.
What we provide
Mats and all equipment for the class are provided. There is lots of room for pram storage.
