BabyBeats Walks are a simple, free way to connect, move, and breathe alongside other parents who "get it."
Whether you are a mum, dad, grandparent, or carer, you are welcome to join us. These are relaxed, gentle walks in local spaces led by your local BabyBeats instructor Erin.
It’s not about how far or how fast you go. It’s about taking time for yourself, gentle movement, and enjoying some fresh air and conversation along the way.
