We specialise in hands-on therapies designed to support healing, movement and overall wellbeing. One area of focus is C-section scar therapy – a gentle, targeted treatment that can make a real difference during postpartum recovery.
Many mums are left with symptoms such as:
• Tightness or pulling around the scar
• Redness or sensitivity
• Raised or thickened scars
• An overhang or “shelf” effect above the scar
• Numbness or tingling around the area
• A feeling of disconnect with their tummy, core, or sometimes even with themselves
Scar therapy works to reduce these symptoms by improving mobility and comfort around the scar tissue, helping it integrate more naturally with the surrounding skin and muscles. This can improve how the scar looks and feels.
