This isn’t a class, it is a safe space to meet others with new babies and get the support you need. Each week we will have a new topic, our feature of the week, and most weeks we will have professionals visiting to support YOU!!
Our professionals range from Physios who can check your tummies and sign post you if you need some support to re-build tummy muscles, postnatal specialists who can provide nurturing tips, post-partum massage. Real nappy advisors and sling specialists who can answer all your questions. Retired midwives to answer any questions and queries you may have and birth trauma professionals who can help you if you are struggling to come to terms with your birth experience and much, much, more.
