About Level 2 Acro (Hook) - Trial
9 - 12yrs
Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements.
Students will be learning to safely practise acrobatic techniques such as bridges, cartwheels and handstands, backbends etc whilst working on their flexibility.
This class is perfect for students who love to do impressive moves, as it encourages students to practise these moves safely with the correct equipment.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Clothing suitable for Acro dance ie. Leotard & tight fitting shorts or leggings/tight joggers. Children will be barefoot for class. Students should bring a bottled drink.
What we provide
Kitchen to fill up water bottles if needed.
