About Inter Freestyle (Year 7 - 8)
11 - 14yrs
A blend of dance genres focusing on improving technique, strength, flexibility, creative skills and confidence! Students learn foundational dance techniques (think leaps, kicks, turns) and fun choreography in a variety of dance styles such as street, lyrical & jazz. We differentiate styles based on each class and their interests, the aim of freestyle sessions are to nurture versatile, confident dancers. We also spend time each term learning about choreographic skills and helping students to create their own movement material and choreography.

What you need to bring
Please bring a water bottle and have hair tied back if it's long. Wear any comfortable clothing, a top and leggings is perfect! Most dancers in this class wear pink ballet tutu's once they sign up.
