About KS1 Gymnastics - Summer Term
4 - 8yrs
KS1 gymnastics will take place with Anna on Monday mornings. Students will begin by learning basic gymnastics skills and will progress during the term using a range of equipment, including floor, beam, vault, trampette and airtrack. Gymnastics is a fun and engaging activity with which to start the school day, and students will be taken through pulse-raising, stretching, strengthening, balancing and coordination exercises. Students of all levels of experience are welcome as Anna will tailor activities to suit each individual child's needs. Looking forward to welcoming new and returning students!
