About GroovaRoo Baby Sling & Pregnancy

GroovaRoo Pregnancy & Baby Sling Dance Class is a joyful way to move, connect and spend special time with your little one! Dance together to uplifting music in a warm, welcoming environment, with your baby safely secured in a sling or carrier.
Designed for parents and caregivers, classes offer a gentle, supportive way to move your body, bond with your baby and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. Expectant mums are also welcome!
Classes are relaxed, friendly, inclusive and judgement-free. No dance experience is needed – just bring yourself, your baby and enjoy moving together.
Optional: GroovaRoo Social
Stay afterwards for a relaxed social with other parents while little ones play, stretch, feed or snooze. Refreshments are provided for adults. The social will run only if numbers allow.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Please bring a bottle of water/juice. You should wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in and shoes that are comfortable to dance in.You will also need a wide based baby carrier.
What we provide
GroovaRoo Plus includes an extra 30-minute social session after class. Please bring £2 cash each week. Session subject to sufficient interest.
