Ballet (Ages 11-13)
Our Ballet classes for ages 11–13 support dancers as they continue to strengthen their technique and develop a deeper understanding of classical ballet. At this stage, students progress through the graded BBO Dance syllabus, refining their posture, alignment, flexibility, musicality, and performance quality.
Alongside graded work, students begin to explore more challenging exercises and combinations, helping them build strength, control, and artistry. Dancers may also be introduced to Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and free-work classes, supporting safe and effective development as they prepare for the demands of higher-level ballet training.
