About Acro - Pre School ( Saturday)

Our Pre-School Acro classes introduce young dancers to the exciting world of acrobatic movement in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Children begin to learn the foundations of acro through age-appropriate exercises that focus on balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination.
Through playful activities, movement games, and simple skill progressions, students are introduced to basic acro elements such as rolls, balances, and gentle floor work. Classes are carefully structured to help children build body awareness and confidence while developing important listening and focus skills.
With the use of mats, music, and engaging activities, children are encouraged to explore movement while safely learning new skills. Pre-School Acro is a fantastic way to build strength, coordination, and confidence while giving little ones a fun introduction to acrobatic movement and the performing arts. Our students follow Acrobatic Arts Pre School syllabi.

What you need to bring
Please wear form‑fitting clothing (leotard or fitted top) with leggings or shorts. This helps teachers easily see body positioning and technique, ensuring your child can train safely and confidently.
