About ACROBATICS - Junior

Junior Acrobatics introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of acrobatic movement in a safe supportive environment. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through age-appropriate tumbling and acrobatic skills.
Classwork focuses on basic floor exercises, rolls, handstands, balances, and simple sequences, with an emphasis on proper technique, body awareness, and injury prevention.
This class helps build a strong foundation for more advanced acrobatics while encouraging confidence, control, and a love of movement.
