About ACROBATICS - Intermediate/Advanced

Acrobatics focuses on refinement of advanced acrobatic skills and combinations. Students work on controlled tumbling passes, handstand variations, bridges, balances, and inversion work, while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and expressive movement. Safety, technique, and proper conditioning remain a priority.
