About Pointe/Demi Pointe
12 - 18yrs
Our Pointe/Demi Pointe class focuses on developing strength, stability and technique for pointe work. With exercises designed to improve foot and ankle strength, balance, control and alignment. Dancers will work progressively through pointe and Demi pointe exercises in a supportive and disciplined environment building confidence, strength and artistry while developing safe and correct pointe technique.
