Try our Acro Gymnastics Beginner 1 class! Unlike traditional gymnastics, Acro Gymnastics combines dynamic partner and group routines with lifts, balances, and coordinated movements, emphasising teamwork and collaboration.
This class is perfect for beginners or those looking to try a different style of gymnastics while building a solid foundation in acrobatics. Led by experienced coaches, children will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
