Contakids is not your ordinary dance class in London.
In this unique space, parents & children learn how to communicate and connect with each other through touch, movement, and play.
By participating in this activity, you'll not only enhance your physical development but also strengthen the emotional bond with your family. As you enter the class, you may feel a mix of excitement and curiosity. Don't worry!
Contakids is designed to create a safe and nurturing environment. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in trying something new.
During the class, you & your child will explore the fun of play involving body awareness, movement, and physical contact. Music will accompany parts of the session where you & your child will be invited to express yourself through improvised dance and role games. Your child will enhance their motor skills and self-confidence, while you, as a parent, will develop a deep sense of trust.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Comfortable clothing to move in freely, soft drinks and a small snack. Anti slippery socks for the little ones are also recommended. No prior experience needed!
