About Tumble Time

Welcome to Tumble Time Gymnastics – we are so excited to have you and your child as part of our growing club.
Thank you sincerely for choosing Tumble Time and for supporting our journey. Whether you are brand new or returning, we are incredibly grateful to be trusted with your child’s gymnastics experience. Our aim is to provide a fun, safe, inclusive and positive environment where every gymnast can build confidence, skills and a lifelong love of movement.
Arrival & Collection Procedures
To help sessions run smoothly and safely, please take note of the following operating procedures:
• On arrival, children should come into the gym and place their belongings in one of the designated storage areas.
• Once ready, children should wait in the waiting area until their coach collects them for class.
• At the end of the session, children must not leave the gym without a coach’s supervision. Coaches will dismiss gymnasts safely and ensure they are returned to parents/carers.
These procedures are in place to keep all children safe and supported at all times – thank you for your cooperation.
Child Protection & Fire Safety
Please take note of our Child Protection Officer details and our Fire Safety Procedures, which are clearly displayed in the entrance hallway of the gym. We kindly ask all parents and carers to familiarise themselves with this information.
