They started out in Sydenham, for a short while, where they trained clients at their little studio, in the parks, and in the gym. Our Story In January 2009, they opened their first official Fitness Studio on Church Road in Crystal Palace. Only 6 months later they took the opportunity on doubling their space. They moved further down the road to no 85 Church Road, where they build their business for the coming 6 years.
