Welcome to The Kids-Hub NE Ltd, Newcastle’s exciting digital innovation hub for children from Reception age and up.

At The Kids-Hub, we spark curiosity, build confidence and prepare children for a digital future through hands on, high energy, curriculum aligned learning experiences that children genuinely love.

LEGO Education Coding and Robotics Reception and up

Using official LEGO Education resources, children design, build and programme real working robotic models.

For our youngest learners, we focus on:

• Simple sequencing and early coding concepts

• Confidence through achievement

As children grow in ability, they progress to:

• Loops and conditionals

• Sensor based programming

• Engineering design thinking

• Debugging and problem solving

• Independent builds and collaborative challenges

• Cause and effect learning

Each session aligns with the UK National Curriculum complimenting their learning journey.

Minecraft Education Full Curriculum 7+

We use the official Minecraft Education platform. This is a structured, immersive learning environment designed to deliver measurable outcomes across the curriculum.

Suitable for ages 7 and up, Minecraft Education at The Kids-Hub covers:

• PSHE

Children design sustainable cities, explore ecosystems, solve maths missions and programme using MakeCode while developing collaboration, creativity and critical thinking.
