We offer parent and baby classes; cosmic kids accredited kids yoga, teen and adult yoga in Banbury and the surrounding villages.

Yoga has bought our little Nuerodivergent Family calm, balance; resilience and connection. Our mission is to share that practise and the joy that yoga can bring! Come and join us on the mat!
