About Sing and Sign - Tendring & Colchester
My name is Catherine, I am the franchise owner of Sing and Sign Colchester and Tendring, Essex. I started my Sing and Sign journey with my eldest daughter Sophia when she was 8 months old. I'll be honest - I had no idea what Baby Signing was all about but I was absolutely amazed at how quickly she picked up so many signs and how engaged she was with classes. Sing and Sign has remained a very important and special part of our family. When my youngest daughter Olivia was born I signed with her from birth, having seen how powerful it was first hand having taught classes from newborn age. Olivia amazed us all signing at just 10 weeks and continued to develop her signs and speech rapidly! Sing and Sign has really helped me to bond and communicate with my daughters, who are both very determined and headstrong. I honestly can’t imagine how much harder life as a family would’ve been without the ability to communicate so effectively from such a young age. When the opportunity came up to buy this franchise I jumped at it, ditching an established career in HR without a second thought! It’s the best and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done and I’m super confident that my classes will change your lives as they have done for me and my family. I try to share my personal videos on my Facebook page when I can so I can share our journey with you all.
