Hia, My name is Lydia and I’m a Mammy to a very busy little girl and a 3 year old Cockapoo. I’m a nurse by background and have worked with adults and children with learning disabilities and Mums and babies in perinatal mental health.

I was lucky enough to welcome my rainbow baby into the world on Christmas Day 2023 and it was during my maternity leave that I discovered baby massage classes. Maternity leave was a rollercoaster and I found Rubba-Bubba classes to be a safe haven and a supportive community of Mums that helped me through some challenging and very sleep deprived times! The classes were beneficial for both myself and my daughter as they allowed us to have some important bonding time whilst helping with her sleep.

I knew that a return to my nursing career would be difficult for me due to my partner working away so I decided to take the plunge and run my own classes as I felt this would compliment my nursing skills whilst allowing me to help other Mums and their babies. I am really looking forward to meeting you and your baby.
