Hi. My name is Deena,
I’m thrilled to bring the award-winning Phonics with Robot Reg to Ealing in January 2024! I have been working in Early Years for over 15 years, much of that time as a Montessori qualified practitioner and a nursery manager. I’m also a mum of a chatty and giggly 7 year old. Developing the communication and literacy skills of children has always been my passion. My day is filled with smiles, giggles, music and fun …. and I love it!
After having many amazing years working in a nursery, I felt it was time for a change yet I wanted to follow my passion. I came across Phonics with Robot Reg early this year and was really impressed with its ethos and unique approach towards literacy, which I just had to be a part of.
I believe these classes can have a huge benefit to children’s overall development. The classes are fun and high energy, which enhance children’s communication, social interaction, fine and gross motor skills. All these are key to their development. These classes enable children to learn early phonics skills through fun, music and games. They will learn to blend and segment sounds as well as developing their early reading skills, without them even realising!
