About Pal Fitness and Education CIC

Deliver a variety of community programmes, supporting our communities to be physically and socially active, build life skills and take part in unique activities.

We aim to support people who experience disadvantage, in Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. In particular, PAL aim to support Disabled People, Children and Families from low income backgrounds and working families, by creating inclusive opportunities to become physically and socially active.
