About Onyx School of Performing Arts

Onyx School of Performing Arts is an exciting, diverse and inclusive performing arts school for children aged 3-11 in the heart of Kingston. We provide training in dance, performing arts and educational support in a nurturing, non-competitive environment. Our classes cater for those who want to have fun, build confidence, make friends and learn new skills in a family-like setting, as well as those who wish to pursue a career in the arts.

Our curriculum has been created to stretch the students imaginations, creativity and overall skillset in the arts. Not only do students learn performance skills, they also learn a range of skills for life including problem solving, public speaking and collaboration techniques. At Onyx, we develop both the shy and reserved as well as the confident and outgoing.

Onyx School of Performing Arts provides our young people with a range of performing opportunities including parent watch days, showcases and participating in filmed projects.

Classes are held on Saturdays in Kingston upon Thames and are led by teachers with both an extensive teaching background and appropriate industry experience/professional training in their field.
