Strong Mum is a community of like minded new mums and mums to be, who want safe and expert training in the solidarity of a local community. Here at Milo and the Bull, we do not believe that having a baby should be an obstacle in enjoying the benefits of staying strong, fit and healthy. For most, the biggest obstacle is having to organise childcare. That is why, at Strong Mum, we welcome babies to join you in the studio while you workout.
We offer Strength, conditioning and yoga each week giving our mum’s the perfect blend of building strength and fitness while looking after your body, mind, and mobility.
