About London Elite Youth LTD
London Elite Youth is a high-performance football development programme focused on helping ambitious young players maximise their potential.
Founded in 2015 by UEFA A Licence coach Oliver Hinckson, we provide specialist technical, positional and performance-based training for players across academy and grassroots football.
Our programmes include technical development, finishing, midfield, defending and winger-specific training, academy off-season programmes, small-group masterclasses and player mentoring.
Our approach is built around high standards, attention to detail and long-term development. We aim to create challenging, supportive environments where players can refine their strengths, improve the finer details of their game and develop the habits needed to perform at a higher level.
