About Little Fizz
💜 Hi! I'm Liz, founder and creator of Little Fizz Baby, Toddler and Preschool Classes and Party Fizz Children's Party Entertainment and Family Events. I am celebrating 19 years of running my independent business this year and have won 8 National Awards including my most recent Award this month - a "Remarkable Achievement" Award with What's On 4 Kids UK Awards!
💜 I have been working with babies and children for 33 years and am a qualified Children's Librarian. I have 2 children and have been a mum for 27 years. I have a musical background and haveI always been passionate about the magical powers of music, song and dance to enhance learning and to bring both children and adults together to spread joy, feel connected and enhance wellbeing. I have written all of the Little Fizz songs (available for download) Each one simple and catchy but carefully crafted to promote learning. I am always very happy to hear that families are enjoying singing and dancing along at home!
💜 I experienced the power of music, song and movement as a child and with my own children as well as in various roles working with children such as nanny and Children's Librarian - running events to encourage early literacy as well as physical, mental and emotional development. I am especially passionate about supporting children with additional needs and ensure that my classes are inclusive and accessible for everyone. I provide educational sessions for nurseries, schools and children in SEN Settings and also children and young adults with Complex Needs.
💜 I run Little Fizz Classes in, Penarth, on a Mondays at Belle Vue Community Centre and Cafe and Tuesdays in Cardiff at Mambo Pay Centre, Ocean Way. Both venues have a cafe so parents can enjoy play/ chat time with their children before and/or after classes. Mambo Classes include FREE unlimited Soft Play and use of their amazing Baby/ Toddler Sensory Area.
💜 Little Fizz is inspired by the wonder and energy with which children experience the world and a celebration of each child's uniqueness. We respect that all children learn differently, at their own pace in their own way. We support and facilitate your child's development with a carefully crafted programme of music, movement and learning through creative play, encouraging confidence, and self expression within a nurturing environment.
💜 Fizz Classes are a lively, creative and engaging combination of music, movement, sensory experiences, developmental activities and learning through play. All within a fun, relaxed, supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Priority is enjoyment, spending special time together, sharing fun and laughter, making friends and building a support network. Everyone is welcome! Milestone stress is not our thing - we want you to enjoy magical moments together and make treasured memories.They are not little for long!
💜 Each Term we have a NEW Learning Theme which we build on and explore further each week to reinforce learning. No two classes are the same There is always something new! our Learning Theme for January/ February is "The Jungle" - a colourful, vibrant and inspiring theme which will engage your little ones and offer you an escape from cold dark, wet January!
