About Little City Glasgow

Little City is an entirely mobile role play for children aged 0-6. Children can explore, have fun and learn through play, in the 10 different role play areas. Bespoke Little City backdrops, and specially selected, high-quality toys, encourage children to fully immerse themselves in the role play world.

Our toddlers and pre-schoolers are our biggest observers. They have watched us as adults shopping in the supermarket, posting parcels and letters at the post office, styling our hair and applying makeup at home. At Little City, your little ones can 'be grown ups' where nothing is off limits! They can be the builder, the paramedic, the café owner, the car mechanic and so much more!

Our Little City sessions are always PAYG with no termly fees. You can play where you want, when you want and how often you want! Group sizes are limited to ensure all children have the space to play and explore the City.

Hi everyone! I’m Julie. I live in Dumbarton and I’m a primary teacher for Glasgow City Council. I teach in a school in Knightswood and have been teaching for over 12 years now. I have a five-year-old daughter called Erin.

As a mum and a teacher, I recognise the importance of play-based learning. It is vital in helping children develop cognitive skills and problem-solving as well as enabling them to develop socially and emotionally.

I am a mum so I understand how busy and chaotic life can be a lot of the time. It’s important to me that anyone coming to my sessions feels welcomed and at ease. I hope lots of families will come along, have fun while playing, and enjoy all that Little City has to offer. Don’t stress if you’re having a tough day or if your children are being ‘difficult’. There will be no judgement!

I want to create a safe space where everyone is welcome and can hopefully relax, play and enjoy themselves. Looking forward to hopefully seeing you and your wee ones at session soon!
