About JC Football Development

We aim to guide the next generations to become future leaders. We aim to develop players to a level where they are able to not only play for our grassroots team but also progress onto academies. We understand that nothing is guaranteed, so we invest in developing life skills that are transferable to any career choice that they decide in the future.

Whilst football has many benefits, JC Football Development offers so much more! We have developed a positive culture whereby kids interact well with all age groups and support each other. Students are expected to learn the theoretical side to physical activity as well as being able to perform it. JC Football Development is a fun, safe and social environment that provides the opportunities for each child to succeed by embedding various routines such as: leading each other through warm-ups; providing positive and negative feedback to peers and by teaching them important values that we believe are needed to succeed.

At JC Football Development, our players receive a consistent diet of outstanding training sessions and are rewarded with extensive opportunities beyond that. The ‘deal’ they get is second to none. All coaches are fully invested in our players, and we are always finding new ways to elevate.
