About Extragymnastics
Francesca
Francesca is a British Gymnastics Level 2 Women's Artistic and Level 2 Freestyle Gymnastics Coach, as well as a qualified dance teacher with over 10 years of coaching experience across London. Originally from Italy, she trained professionally at the Russian Ballet College of Genoa, following the Vaganova method under teachers from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy.
After moving to the UK, she continued her training with the Royal Academy of Dance and gained Level 4 teaching qualifications with the IDTA and ISTD (DDE Ballet), alongside becoming a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor.
Having taught in over 20 schools across London, Francesca has worked with children of all ages and abilities, from beginners to competitive gymnasts and dance students. She is passionate about creating engaging lessons that build confidence, strong technique, and a lifelong love of movement.
Drawing on her background in both gymnastics and dance, Francesca's classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and quality of movement in a fun, supportive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their personal best.
