About Creative Music Academy
Creative Music Academy provides fair, flexible music lessons for children and adults in London and remotely. We offer high-quality 1-to-1 tuition designed around each student’s goals, experience, and musical interests.
Our academy offers conventional instrumental and vocal lessons including piano, singing, guitar, drums, violin, and more. In addition, we provide specialised, tailored skills such as music production, songwriting, and compositional development for students seeking a broader creative pathway.
All teachers are fully DBS checked and experienced in preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity Rock & Pop syllabuses. Each tutor is a dedicated professional musician who teaches with passion, care, and genuine enthusiasm—bringing joy, inspiration, and real-world experience into every lesson.
We proudly commit to paying our teachers the recommended professional rates set by the Musicians’ Union, actively supporting fair pay and sustainable careers for music educators in London.
At Creative Music Academy, we provide specially tailored lessons for children with additional needs. Each session is adapted to the student’s abilities, pace, and learning style, ensuring a supportive, encouraging environment where every child can enjoy music, build confidence, and develop skills at their own rhythm. Our teachers are experienced, patient, and creative in designing strategies that make learning accessible and engaging.
What sets us apart is our family-minded approach. We foster a supportive community and host a free annual concert for all students and teachers to celebrate progress and newly developed skills. This year’s concert will take place on 2 May 2026 at 2:00pm at Putney Library, and is open to the public.
