Coach Chris Gymnastics
Coach Chris Gymnastics runs structured, supportive gymnastics classes for children across London. Our aim is to help every child enjoy gymnastics, stay active and feel proud of their progress. Through fun, skill-based sessions, children not only learn gymnastics but also develop important physical, social and mental characteristics that lay strong foundations for happy, healthy development both in sport and in life.

About Coach Chris
Coach Chris Gymnastics is run by Chris Downie, a UK Level 3 Gymnastics Club Coach with over twenty years’ experience coaching in the UK and Australia. Chris holds a degree in Sport Science and has worked with recreational and competitive gymnasts of all ages and abilities. He is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children grow confident, healthy and motivated to learn.
Coach Chris Gymnastics is independent from British Gymnastics but holds full public liability insurance.

What We Offer
We run before and after school clubs in local schools, as well as community classes. Each club has its own schedule and age range. Sessions include fun warm ups, strength and flexibility training and a range of gymnastics skills. Children work towards a new and exciting awards scheme, with different skills featured each week to keep learning fresh, fun and challenging.

How to Book
All bookings are made through the Pebble system. Your child’s first session is a free trial, so they can try a class before you commit. After the trial, you’ll receive an email to confirm if you’d like to continue.

To book, select a class, complete the registration form and set up your monthly Direct Debit. Fees are charged monthly and cover all scheduled classes. If you join mid month, Pebble will automatically calculate a pro rata amount and apply any credits.

Safety and Policies
Our coaches are DBS checked and trained in first aid. We take safeguarding seriously and maintain a clear code of conduct for all participants and parents. Our policies are available on each class page:
