Attending a group class is a great way to improve motivation to exercise and meet other mums to be in your local area for support during and after pregnancy. The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
You and Roo Fitness run the only parent and baby exercise class that combines a full body workout for you with nursery rhymes and sensory fun for your little one. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is aimed at new mums and dads who want to take part in a gentle exercise programme whilst having fun with their baby. We use body weight exercises and either your baby or resistance bands to add weight and tone your muscles. The class can help you lose weight, prevent and reduce back pain and increase energy levels. Females can improve any diastasis recti (ab separation) and strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
Cancellation policy: you have 14 days after booking to cancel and receive a refund, this does not apply to sessions which you have already attended. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before are non refundable. If you book a full term we cannot give discounts or refunds for sessions you cannot attend.
