Pre-season Rugby Camp! Get confident in your rugby skills and techniques!
Suitable for girls and boys already playing rugby at a club or for their school. This camp will be delivered on age specific focus areas. Lots of ball and running skills and conditioning games to get going and be ready for the rugby season ahead.
U8s - Space Invaders Programme
U9s to U11s - Transformers Programme
U12 to U14s - Warriors Programme
