The Family Yoga Studio is coming to Brixton Yoga, Leamington
We teach little ones yoga early so they can access the wellbeing affects later on in life. Learning poses, breathing and relaxation woven through a fun and meaningful story each week and finishing with a mindful activity.
You and your little one will have fun and leave feeling slightly calmer than you entered.
