I'm Shelley, Hypnobirthing Specialist & founder of The Empowering Birth School - I don't care how you birth, I care about how you feel before, during and after birth. I'm here to deliver you & your birth partner an antenatal education, offering support, leaving you feeling positive, prepared and excited going into your birth!

I love teaching expectant parents all about pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Signing up to one of my classes is an investment into you, your baby and your life as parents. I work with you to educate, inform, build knowledge and empower, so that you feel completely ready for the birth experience ahead of you

It is so important to me that you gain as much from my classes as possible and that you have me here to support you from sign up until you sign off.

After the birth of my second baby my midwife said to me "you should teach it" - I don't think that sentence ever left me and that is what brought me here today, teaching families Dorset, The New Forest, and even the UK over the last 2.5 years.

I am a mum of two little people, a wife, a lover of the sea & the forest, a newly found hiker & a coffee and chocolate snob!
