This Pregnancy Retreat will take you through movement, pelvic health, acupuncture ear seeding, reflexology, breathwork, birth preparation & round off with a beautiful relaxation, time dedicated to you, connecting with your baby, body - and all it is achieving 🤍
Held at Holistic Hummingbirds converted barn studios at Longham, we will give you an escape for a few hours, where you will be able to meet other mums, enjoy indulging in things for yourself & leaving feeling a little lighter & more prepared for the road ahead ⭐
You will also be entitled to claim, part or all of your ticket price against services booked on the day - giving you true value for money for this investment in you, and your baby 💕
