Ultimate Frisbee, often called simply Ultimate, is played by two teams, typically of seven players each outdoors, or four players indoors, on a rectangular field with end zones at either end. The objective is to score points by catching the disc in the opponent’s end zone. Players cannot run while holding the disc; instead, they advance it by passing to teammates in any direction. If a pass is incomplete, intercepted, or goes out of bounds, possession immediately changes to the opposing team.
