About Adult Aerial Workshop

Our beginner Aerial workshop gives you a taster of all the skills you can learn in our Adult Aerial classes which as coming soon!
Learn to create beautiful shapes on the hoop and silks.
Practice conditioning exercises to help build strength to support your new skills.
Get fit whilst having fun and flying high in the air.
You'll be in great hands with our qualified and highly trained instructors, who will be there to support you and keep you safe throughout class.

What you need to bring
Please wear clothing suitable easy to move around - we would recommend leggings and a well fitting tshirt. General gym clothing is a good option, shorts can be worn but the hoop can cause bruising.
