KS3 Maths Programme (Years 7–9)
Our KS3 Maths Programme is designed for students in Years 7 to 9, providing a strong foundation in the key mathematical knowledge and skills needed throughout Key Stage 3. Developed by qualified maths teachers, the programme follows the Secondary National Curriculum and prepares students for future GCSE study.
Algebra: Expressions, formulae, equations, inequalities, graphs, patterns and sequences.
Shape, Space and Measure: Transformations, symmetry, coordinates, perimeter, area, volume, measurement, trigonometry, Pythagoras, angles, shapes, time and loci.
Number: Place value, ratio and proportion, decimals, fractions, percentages, positive and negative numbers, operations, powers and roots, factors, multiples, speed, distance, time, rounding and estimation.
Handling Data: Collecting, representing and interpreting data, averages and probability.
All sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced teachers.
