About Little Feet, Big Adventures!!

Take your little one on an adventure around the world and up into space through sensory play, yoga, songs and more.
Each week we explore a fun new theme with a messy play/sensory activity, yoga poses and stretches for you and your little one.
As a trained baby massage and yoga instructor and also working as a play specialist within the NHS for almost 10 years I combined my knowledge and experience to create fun, engaging classes to support your little one's development in all areas as well as providing an opportunity for bonding with both your baby and other local parents.
There is always for a chat with refreshments provided.

What you need to bring
baby essentials, comfortable clothes, wet wipes, towels and change of clothes as some classes we'll be getting a bit wet and messy.
