These sessions are designed to give players more individual attention, deeper tactical understanding, and the chance to develop their game in a professional, supportive environment.

Players will work on:
✅ 1v1 skills to beat opponents
✅ Movement & positioning to create space
✅ Combination play in small areas
✅ Finishing under pressure
✅ Decision-making in attacking transitions

Our defending sessions focus on:
✅ 1v1 defending techniques
✅ Positioning & body shape
✅ Pressing & delaying opponents
✅ Working as a unit (cover & balance)
✅ Transitioning from defence to attack
Players will learn how to read the game, stay composed, and dominate in defensive situations. 💪
