About GCA Running club - Yr3/4/5/6

A great way to start the day! Running can improve mental and physical wellbeing, improve sleep, increase concentration, strengthen bones and muscles and can lead to an active overall lifestyle!
On a Thursday morning children from school years 3-6 can come and kick start their day at our fun and engaging weekly running club. Participants will be set challenges, keep personal best and monitor improvements throughout their attendance at running club.
Children will be coached by a qualified PSS sports teacher with all the necessary certificates in place (Enhanced DBS, First Aid, Safeguarding).
This club will run for 7 weeks from 11th September - 23rd October and is open to yr3/4/5/6
Children need to bring school clothes to change in to after club (unless PE day) and will be dismissed to classes for the start of the school day
