Booking for one or all Company Classes from Pointe Black. Company Classes at Danceworks London include:
Academy Class (Intermediate): 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Strength Lab: 1:30pm - 2:15pm
Company Class (Advanced): 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Classes occur on the last Sunday of the month. You need only attend either the Academy Class & Strength Lab OR Strength Lab & Company Class.

Comfortable balletwear with skin-coloured tights and shoes - please do not wear pink. Bring a bottle of water, restsitance/theraband if you have one.
